HelmetOutletUSA.com is not responsible for errors in content and/or photography. All parts come with original manufacture warranty. Customer pays return shipping on all services.


Payments:

HelmetOutletUSA.com accepts the following payment methods:

If your order is not available (back-ordered) you will be notified. It's very important to provide us with an email address, that you check often, for this reason. Cancellations due to your order being on back-order will NOT be accessed a restocking fee.

Shipping:

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Occasionally an item might not be available in our main warehouse. Under those circumstances, we might need to pull the item from another warehouse, which in turns adds time to the estimated shipping time of the order.

HelmetOutletUSA.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

If you prefer expedited shipping options (Overnight, Two or Three Day Air) please let us know immediately so we can provide you with options and additional cost information.

Estimated shipping times for FedEx Ground service is anywhere from 1-6 days depending on your location. Shipments leave our main warehouse at approximately 3:30 p.m. PST. The map below gives estimated times for Ground delivery based on location.

Our Free Shipping Incentive

Orders of $75 and above are eligible for free shipping. The free shipping incentive, however, is NOT available in the following cases and will incure shipping charges:
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada;
  • Shipments to APO or FPO addresses;
  • Closeout items; and
  • Oversized and/or multiple shipments.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and FPO/AFO addresses are charged a flat rate of $19.99 and are sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail. Shipments to Canada are charged a flat rate of $25 and are sent Air Priority through USPS. Oversized and/or multiple shipments are subject to a flat rate of $14.99 and ship ground only.

You can track a shipped item through the FedEx website using the tracking number provided by HelmetOutletUSA.com. To track a package, click here.

Product Availability:

We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. As the manufacturers' product lines change, our product line changes also.

Occasionally an item might not be available in our main warehouse. Under those circumstances, we might need to pull the item from another warehouse, which in turns adds time to the estimated shipping time of the order.


Returns and Exchanges:

To return an item, adhere to the following criteria:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in order to qualify for credit.
  • No returns or exchanges on closeout items.
  • No returns or exchanges on opened DVD items.
  • No returns or exchanges on used items.
  • A 10 percent restocking fee will be applied for all cancellations and returns after an order has been shipped.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable and not included in addition with the purchase price of the returned item.
  • Customer pays all shipping charges. COD shipments will be refused.
  • Return items must in original condition. We will accept returns as long as the item meets the following:
    • no tags removed;
    • protective covering on shields intact;
    • helmet bag/sack returned with helmet;
    • All documentation returned with item;
    • Hangers returned (if applicable); and
    • Helmets must be returned inside original helmet box and shipped inside a separate shipping box. If customer returns helmet using original helmet box as the shipping container, item will be refused.
For exchanges, follow the criteria established above for returns. Customer pays for shipping both ways. The requested exchanged item will be shipped after we receive the original item. If an item is wrong (meaning we sent you the wrong product) or damaged, we will reimburse customer for all shipping charges back to us, and pay the shipping to send out a new item to you.

Promotional items. With the return of an item in which a free or discounted item (promotional item) was included with the original item purchase, promotional item(s) must be returned also. If customer decides to keep promotional item, regular pricing will apply.

Note: In the case of a damaged or wrong item, we will only reimburse shipping charges when the customer uses standard ground shipping services.


Canceling an Order:

You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hours M-F 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific Time to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days.

Please never request to cancel an order via e-mail as we may not receive it in time.


Damaged Packages:

In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, call HelmetOutletUSA.com immediately at 866-772-1726. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. HelmetOutletUSA.com will advise you of the procedure needed to be followed. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within Idaho will be charged the applicable sales tax.
